The Bowen Travel Group is a group of travel companies operating across central England.

The group came into being in 1976 when the Moseley Group aquired L F Bowen Limited, a coach operating company in the West Midlands and subsequently forming Bowen Travel Limited as a seperate tour operating and retail travel agency.

The Companies expanded over the early years by acquisitions being taken into the existing companies.

Later aquisitions included further expansion across central England with the aquisition of Yorks Bros (Northampton) Limited in 1998, a company with similar activities to Bowens operating in Northamptonshire.

In December 2000 the coaching division and retail division of R W Applebys, based in Lincolnshire was aquired and in 2005 Jeffs Coaches of Helmdon was aquired.
